Weekly Recipe: Pasta and Sole


The end of Passover meant the opportunity to finally make the meal I’ve been dreaming of since I bought my rosemary plant: pasta with fresh tomato sauce and sole. It was amazing and everything I had hoped.

Making the fresh sauce (tomato, rosemary, garlic, olive oil, Parmesan – 20 min.)




I cooked the sole with olive oil in a pan to begin with and finished it off by cooking it in the sauce:
