This winter break was an exercise in “dolce far niente” (as we learned from Eat Pray Love, “the sweetness of doing nothing). Actually, it was likely the pleasure of eating, cooking, and enjoying life. During the year we are pretty strict about eating healthy, so when I am home we take a little break and fit in all of our favourites. Here are some of the highlights.
